ABOUT Paneer korma RECIPE

A spicy recipe loved by my children.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Paneer 250 gms
  2. Onion 4
  3. Ginger-garlic and cardamom paste 1 tbsp
  4. Cashew nut paste 2 tsp
  5. Tomato 4 ( paste)
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Cream 3-4 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Sugar 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into cubes and shallow fry it in oil.
  2. Take oil in a pan and put the finely chopped onion in it.
  3. When the onion becomes golden brown then add ginger- garlic cinnamon paste and saute.
  4. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, tomato paste, salt and sugar. Keep on cooking till oil starts leaving the sides.
  5. Now add cream, paneer and stir well.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of water. When the gravy thickens put off the flame.

You write horrible recipes. First off, you say "ginger-garlic and cardamom paste" but in the how to make section you say cinnamon. Which is it? Cardamom or cinnamon? Make up your mine. Is it 1 Tbsp of each or does it come as one product? Then you mention an ingredient "cashew nut paste" but never say where to add it in the how to make section.

Where have u mentioned cashew paste in the recipe..but added in the ingredients.?
