ABOUT Paneer Korma RECIPE

A beautiful and delicious paneer curry, to be served with some hot rotis on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer..300gm
  2. Cashew nuts 15
  3. Coconut..1/4th cup
  4. Turmeric Powder
  5. Red chilli powder
  6. Green cardamom 3
  7. Star anise 1
  8. Cloves. 4
  9. Cinnamon Stick 1
  10. Hing 1/4th spn
  11. Bay leaves 3
  12. Big Tomato 1
  13. Salt
  14. sugar
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. Onion 2
  17. Ginger garlic paste 1 spn
  18. Garam Masala powder

Instructions

  1. At first make a smooth paste of nuts & coconut & keep aside. Heat oil in a kadhai ,add spices , saute for a while. Then add ginger garlic paste, finelly chopped onion , tomato.
  2. Fry till they turn smooth & mushy. Add slightly fried paneer cubes now.Cook for a while then add cashew coconut paste. Add 2 cups hot water.Adjust salt.
  3. Cook till the oil is seen on the top of the gravy. Make a thick gravy of it. If you want garnish with coriander leaves..
