Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Plain flour 1cup
  2. Coconut powder 1/2cup
  3. Poppy seed 1spoon
  4. Sesame seeds 1spoon
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Fennel seeds 1tsp
  7. Dry mango powder 1tsp
  8. Sugar 1tsp
  9. Lemon juice 1tsp
  10. Water 1.5cup
  11. Salt 1tsp
  12. Chat masala 1tsp
  13. Roasted peanuts powder 1spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add plain flour,salt n 1tbdp oil mix everything well n make it like breadcrumbs.
  2. Now add water n make soft dough Rest it for 10min.
  3. Now poppy seed, sesame seeds, fennel seeds,dry mango powder,salt,salt, coconut powder n peanut powder.
  4. Mix everything well n put 1-2drop of lemon juice,
  5. Meanwhile in small bowl mix lemon juice n 1spoon water .
  6. Now take small portion from dough n make long size chapati.keep aside
  7. Put mixture of lemon juice then spread masala mixture n again spread lemon juice.
  8. Now roll it tightly n rest it 5min.n cut in round shape.
  9. Now hot the oil in med flame n deep fry,it takes 8-10min
