It is a gujrati dish.i am big fan of gujrati dishes.too many wonderful dishes are there which i love. Alongwith tea it is a wonderful dish.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup besan
  2. 1/2 cup flour
  3. 4 tbsp oil
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Haldi 1/2 tsp
  6. 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. For filling-
  8. 1 tsp jeera
  9. 2 tsp seasme seeds
  10. 1 tsp poppy seeds
  11. 1 tsp ginger powder
  12. 1 tsp white pepper
  13. 1/4 cup coconut powder
  14. 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  15. 1/2 red chilli powder
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Haldi 1/2 tsp
  18. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  19. 8-10 Pepper corns
  20. 1 tsp Amchur powder
  21. 1 tsp garlic powder
  22. 1/2 tsp Hing
  23. Coriander leaves few
  24. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add besan and flour
  2. Add spices and oil
  3. Take water and make a dough
  4. For filling---
  5. Take a mixer and add all ingredents
  6. Make a powder
  7. Now roll down dough
  8. Brush oil on it
  9. Sprinkle ready mix all over upon it
  10. Again slowly roll with rolling pin
  11. Then from one side start roll over from the side
  12. Make a roll of it
  13. Cut in small sizes as you like
  14. Prepare all of them
  15. Heat oil and fry all of them
