Perfect meal.
Mix 2 cups of gram flour finely chopped onions, coriander leaves salt, a pinch of soda and half a spoon turmeric powder in a bowl pour some water make a thick better whisk well
Heat oil in a pan for frying the pakodas when it get hot make small size pakodas from the better fry it until pakodas became golden brown, keep aside.
Mix curd, gram flour, turmeric powder and salt in a bow, whiak well, so there are no lumps of besan
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame
When it once hot add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, fry for few seconds, will get nice aroma
Pour the prepared curd gram flour mixture in it
Bring it to boil, and let it simmer on low medium flame, It will start thicken up.
Put the pakodas in the kadhi off the gas
For tadka- heat the oil in a pan
Add mustered seeds, curry leaves and dried red chillies pour over the kadhi.
Enjoy the unique taste of kadhi with rice.
