This is my favourite combination that my mother used to make and now i make this for my family.

Lets make Pakodas first.
Take a bowl and put half besan into it.
Now add salt, half tspn red chilli powder and hing to it.
Mix it by adding water and make pakoras of it.
Drop the batter by making pakoras with the scoop or by hand in the heated oil.
Deep fry them from both the sides.
When it turns brown remove them from the oi.
Transfer the pakoras on the kitchen roll so that excess of oil is absorbed by it.
Pakodas are ready for the Kadhi.
Now we have to make Kadhi so take a mixing bowl by putting besan in it.
Now add sour curd, salt, dhania powder and haldi powder to it.
Now blend it with blender by adding water.
There should not be any lumps in kadhi batter.
Now add methi daana to this batter and mix it.
Now pour this batter into the heavy bottom pan and stirr it continously.
Keep stirring so that it does not get burn from the bottom.
When it comes to frist boil then leave it and lower the flame.
But keep stirring after every 4 to 5 mins continously upto 20 to 25 mins.
After it off the flame.
Put all the Pakodas into the Kadhi.
For tempering, take a small pan by adding ghee into it.
Heat it and add hing, jeera. Broken red chilli, curry patta and rrd chilli powder.
Pour this tempering on the Kadhi.
Serve Kadhi with boiled Rice.
Recipe of Sukhe Aloo is the basic.
Boil peel and cut into cubes or slices.
Put all the dry ingredients and stirr fry it.
