Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  3. chopped green chilli 3
  4. Grated paneer 1/4 cup
  5. Grated capsicum 1/4 cup
  6. salt as required
  7. Oil to fry
  8. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the veggies salt and fry till cooked
  2. Add paneer chilli powder turmeric powder and sauté well.
  3. once we’ll cooked switch off flame
  4. Take wheat flour. add required salt.
  5. Pour required water and make into a dough
  6. Make small chappati out of it.
  7. Place the veggies stuffing inside and make like somasi
  8. heat oil in it and deep fry it.
  9. serve hot.
