A very tempting and chocolatey dish.

Ingredients Serving: 8

Digestive biscuits 12
Butter 4 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Dark Chocolate 1/4 slab
Cream 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Strawberries to garnish

Instructions

Crush the biscuits and add 4 tbsp butter to it and mix well.
Take a loose bottom pie dish and put the mixture evenly and tightly. Refrigerate it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add sugar, cream and 1 tbsp butter to it.
Now pour this ganache on the layer of biscuits. Allow it to cool a little.
Decorate it with chopped strawberries and refrigerate for an hour.
Then cut into triangles and serve cold.
