first we take gram flour in a bowl
add salt according to taste pinch of turmeric powder and heeng
add 1/4tsp sabut dhaniya and red chilli powder
add malai curd and1tbsp oil
mix alltogether with small water and forms a thick dough
take small bolls and these balls forms a long cylindrical bolls
Now boil these balls in 2 cups of water , in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
Now strain the balls and chop them into pieces.
then for gravy we take cooker on the flame
add 2 tbsp oil ,add chopped onion and 1/4tsp deggi mirch, saute for 5 minutes.
Then add ginger garlic and tomato paste
add salt, 1/4tsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder ,and dhaniya powder. close the lid and cook for two whistles.
Now open the lid and cook until the masala leaves oil.
then add remaining water from the boiled balls water and then add the cooked balls.
close the lid and cook for 2 whistles, and then turn off the gas.
garnish with green corriander and dish is ready to be served.
