Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Wheat flour mota 1 cup
  2. Samolina 1 table spoon
  3. Milk powder 2 table spoon
  4. Fresh cream 3 table spoon
  5. Melted ghee 1/2cup+3 tbl spoon
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Baking soda 1/2 tea spoon
  8. Crushed sauf 1 tea spoon
  9. Crushed jeera 1 tes spoon
  10. Warm water as required
  11. Moong daal 1 cup
  12. Toor daal 1/2 cup
  13. Yellow daal 1/ 2 cup
  14. Crushed tomato,green chilly, adrak 1/3 cup
  15. Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
  16. Haldi 1 tea spoon
  17. Red chilly powder as per taste
  18. Garam masala 1 tea spoon
  19. Jeera 1 to 2 tea spoon
  20. Coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take big mixing bowl add in wheat flour, samolina, milk powder, salt, cream, crushed sauf, soda jeera, ghee (add almost 1/2 cup)and giv it a good mix.
  2. Now add warm water n make tight dough and rest for 15 to 20 mins.
  3. Make small shape baati and bake it in oven 200 degree for 15 to 20mins.
  4. Mix all the daals and boil it cooker. While boiling add 1 spoon of ghee and haldi.
  5. In one pan add ghee for tadka, jeera, add in chopped onions, crushed tomatos and green chilly and cook it.
  6. Now add in daal and add salt, garam masala, red chilly powder and add required water and cook it for 10 to 15 mins.
  7. Take baati crush them and pour daal and serve it with onion and garlic chutney and churma ka ladoo.
