Simple yet delicious!
Take wheat flour, salt, ajwain, oil(keep 1 tea spoon aside for vegetable) mix it.
Knead tight dough using water.
Keep aside for 20 minutes.
Now take both daal .
Wash and soak for 15-20 minutes.
Take daal in cooker.
Add salt, half the turmeric powder .
Add water accordingly.
Take 4-5 whistles on medium flame.
Now tempering for daal:
Take ghee in pan, heat it.
Add half of hing, jeera, red chilli powder.
Pour this to daal.
Add lemon juice
Daal is ready
Make vegetable
Take oil in wok . Heat it.
Add hing jeera,
Now add boiled potato and peas.
Add all spices.
Stir well. And turn off the gas.
Cool the vegetable and mess it
Now take dough
Make small balls
Roll it little.
Stuff with vegetable and give round shape
Now preheat the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes according to size of baati.
Stuff baati is ready
Serve baati with daal.
