Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled mashed potatoes 250 gms
  2. Cottage cheese or paneer (mashed) 100 gms
  3. Boiled mashed green peas 150 gms
  4. Salted butter 50 gms
  5. Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
  6. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  7. Puffed rice powder 10 gms
  8. Vermicelli 5 gm
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, a pinch of salt to the mashed paneer. Then add cumin and black pepper powder and salt to the mashed peas to make a thick fine paste.
  2. Add 1 tsp of cumin, black pepper powder to the mashed potatoes. Make 1 inch diameter paneer balls and wrap with green peas paste. Then wrap it with mashed potatoes.
  3. Dab some melted butter on this ball and then cover the well greased with puffed rice powder.
  4. Mix butter and vermicelli and put the ball in this mix for the final coat. (As you can see in the image make the eyes and the beak of a bird for decorative purposes.)
  5. Preheated oven to 180 degree celsius and bake this ball for 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney. (Enjoy the healthy Oil Free Vegetable Chop)
