In a wok take white oil and fry the chicken pieces with lil bit of salt and haldi to it.
Fry the chicken pieces 5 mins on both the sides and pour water to it. Let the chicken cook and get tender.
In a separate bowl mix dry roasted bengal gram powder and yogurt. Mix them well.
Take a pan and for tempering add cumin and hing. Then put the minced ginger and green chilli. Fry them for 1 min in low flame.
Then add the yogurt mixture in the pan. And then the cooked chicken pieces.
Let it simmer for 5 mins then dish out by adding some dry roasted cumin powder.
2nd time tempering can be done too with cumin and corriander powder but that's optional.
