ABOUT Jowar Mango Roti RECIPE

This roti is a sumner special dish in our house.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup jowar atta
  2. 2 tbsp besan flour
  3. 2 tbsp rice flour
  4. Grind coarsely 2 tbsp grated raw mango, 2 tbsp onion cut, 1 green chilli, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp red Chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  6. 2 tbsp cut coriander leaves
  7. 1 tbsp methi leaves
  8. 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Mix jowar atta, rice powder, besan, ground masala, sesame seeds, salt, coriander and methi leaves and 1 tsp oil.
  2. Make a dough.
  3. Pat it on banana leaf or butter paper and spread on tawa, cooking with oil on both sides.
  4. Serve with dollops of butter and chutney of your choice.
