This recipe is my innovation...can be served as a side dish without gravy and with gravy as a main dish

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cottage cheese 300 gram
  2. Curd 250 gram
  3. Ginger garlic green chillies paste 2 teaspoon
  4. Fresh cream 2 tablespoons
  5. cashewnuts paste 2 tablespoons
  6. Oil 6 teaspoon
  7. 2 onions
  8. tomatoes 250 gram
  9. corn kennels 2 tablespoons
  10. Chopped green capsicum 2 tablespoons
  11. Salt 2 teaspoon
  12. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  14. kasoori methi 1 teaspoon
  15. 2 green chillies
  16. Coriander leaves 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Make triangle slices of cottage cheese
  2. In a bowl take ginger garlic chillies paste
  3. Add curd in it
  4. Add half of the cream
  5. Add half of the cashewnuts paste
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. Mix well all the ingredients and marinate cottage cheese slices in it for half an hour
  8. Meanwhile make the stuffing
  9. Chopped 1 onion and 1 tomato finely
  10. Take 2 teaspoon oil in a pan on medium flame
  11. Add chopped onion ...Stir fry
  12. Add chopped tomato ...Stir fry
  13. Add chopped capsicum and boiled corn kennels
  14. Add chopped green chillies
  15. Add 1 /2 teaspoon salt
  16. Add half red pepper powder
  17. Add half garam masala powder
  18. Mix well and keep aside
  19. Now make gravy
  20. In a pan put 2 teaspoon oil
  21. Add roughly chopped onion , tomatoes, green chilli
  22. Stir fry
  23. Let it cool down
  24. Grind it into a very smooth paste
  25. Again transfer it in pan now add remaining salt , pepper powder, kasoori methi, garam masala powder
  26. Add remaining cream
  27. Add remaining cashewnuts paste
  28. Add 1 cup water
  29. Take a boil and turn off the flame
  30. Now grease the grill pan
  31. Grilled the marinated cottage cheese till light golden
  32. Fill the filling in between 2 grilled cottage cheese pieces
  33. Place it in gravy
  34. Serve hot with naan or lachcha paranthe
