Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prwan 14nos or 200grams fried
  2. 2 large onions finely Sliced
  3. 1 tomoto finely chopped
  4. 1 ginger grated
  5. Garlic pods 10 (finely chopped)
  6. 2 green chilies Julian
  7. Sugar 1 pinch
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Mustard oil 2tbsp
  13. Water 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Place a fry pan add oil,once heated
  2. Crush the ginger,garlic and green chilli using hand pestel
  3. Add the crushed ginger,garlic, green Chilli to fry pan
  4. Saute for 1 minute
  5. Add onion slices, tomatoes
  6. Add prwan and all other masala
  7. Add water to it
  8. Let the masala cook completely and oil start coming from sides
  9. Serve hot
