ABOUT Rich n Creamy Badami Mutton Curry RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mutton- 1/2 kg
  2. Onion - 4
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
  4. Green chilies - 3
  5. Cinnamon - 2 inch piece
  6. Cloves - 2
  7. cardamon - 2
  8. Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  9. Chili powder - 2 tablespoon
  10. Badam paste - 1 cup
  11. Curd - 1 cup
  12. Coconut paste - 2 tablespoon
  13. Oil - 2 tablespoon
  14. Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  15. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
  16. Mint leaves - 6
  17. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the meat with half amount of curd ginger garlic paste chilli powder and salt for half an hour.
  2. Pour oil and ghee in a pan and fried out the thinly sliced onions until golden brown.
  3. After cool downs add the fried onion into the mixie jar and grind into a smooth paste.
  4. Pour oil and ghee in a pan and fried out the thinly sliced onions until golden brown.
  5. After that add chopped green chilies garam masala and salt
  6. Now add the marinated meat and keep them in a low flame with the pan closed for 5 minutes.
  7. Now add remaining ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell gone.
  8. Add the badam and coconut pastes and cook until the oil separates from the gravy.
  9. Now add the grinded fried onion paste and curd with required amount of water.
  10. When the meat cooked well turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves mint leaves and badams.
