Rahrra is basically mince and chaap recipe. Here i made soya chaap and mince rahhrra with authentic punjabi twist
Would love to try this.
Heat little oil in a wok and fry the soya chaap until lightly golden brown. In another pan boil soya keema and drain all the water.
Now roast cumin seeds, cardamom and cloves and grind them.
Heat 4 tsp oil in cooker and add onions, ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mints.
Add tomatoes, bay leaves, and cook for another minute.
Now add cumin-clove powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, green chillies and saute until oil separates. (here you can add little water to it)
Now add curd and soy keema and soy chap and salt and pepper to taste and cover. Cook until 1 whistle. (you can add water for the consistency as you like)
After that open the pressure cooker and garnish with coriander leaves.
You can have this vegetarian rahrra with romaali roti or naan.
