Give your Basa fish curry a Smoked flavour. Enjoy the basic basa paprika curry in a new flavour.Add your favourite fish masalas,mine is paprika kashmiri mirch ,cummin vorriander masala and home ground garam masala.Once the ginger garlic onion tomatoes get saute well the geavy is ready frop the basa,and 5 min later the hot coal with ghee.To retain smoke and flavour ,cover cook 5 minutesLovely smoked flavour adorns the Basa curry..

Wash Basa keep aside
Add oil in pan,heat and add chopped fine onions and add ginger garlic paste to saute
Add tomatoes with salt chilli powder, paprika, black salt,garam masala,corriander powder to saute
Let gravy cook till oil Leaving sides and now add the Basa pieces to cook
Cover cook 5 min,adding a cup of water now
Un cover check fish cooked,
On the other flame keep the charcoal to heat
Th coal shud be held in tongs to get the flame well
Place a katori in center of fish curry in the centre,and place hot coal in it,dropping a tspn of ghee on this
Cover as soon as smoke starts
Leave covered for 5-8 minutes and remove in your favourite serving bowl
Serve with hot roti or some khichdi
