ABOUT Hummus with Smoked Paprika RECIPE

Hummus or houmousis essentially a famous dip/spread used widely in Lebanese and Middle-Eastern cuisine. It€:tm:s essentially made from cooked and mashed chickpeas. We are so used to make our usual chole out of them that it€:tm:s kind of difficult to eat and like something so different. Try it to love it.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  2. 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
  3. 1 tbsp tahini paste
  4. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  5. Few coriander leaves
  6. Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  7. salt as per taste
  8. A pinch of smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a blender add everything to make a smooth paste. Then pour in the lemon juice and top it with smoked paprika.
  2. Spread on a toast to enjoy or serve it with crackers.
