ABOUT Sabudana Cutlets RECIPE

Sabudana and boiled potatoes make yummy cutlets that can be eaten during Navratri fasting.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soaked Sabudana 1 cup
  2. Boiled mashed potatoes 2 cups
  3. Coriander chopped 3 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chilli chopped 2 nos

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into desired cutlet size.
  3. Either shallow fry till golden brown or air fry them in the airfryer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney.
