Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana 1 cup
  2. Boiled potatoes 4
  3. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  4. breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
  5. Salt
  6. Green chilli chopped 2
  7. Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  8. Chopped onion 1
  9. Grated ginger 1 tsp
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. soak the sabudana for 1 hour and drain excess water if any
  2. peel n mash boiled potatoes
  3. add salt,red chilli powder,sabudana,Chaat masala,grated ginger,chopped coriander leaves,chopped green chilli,chopped onion
  4. mix everything well
  5. add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and mix well
  6. grease your palm and take a tomato sized mix and give it a shape of cutlet
  7. coat it in breadcrumbs and make all the cutlets
  8. deep fry till golden brown in colour
  9. serve hot with sauce or chutney
