Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong sprouts.. And chana sprouts.
  2. Curd 3-4 tsp
  3. Besan 3-4 tsp
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  6. Red chilly 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilly chopped 2no
  8. Eno sache. 2
  9. Oil for greasing tin and tempring. 2-3 spoon
  10. Mustard seed for tempring 1tsp
  11. Kadhi leaves 10-15
  12. Green chilly splited 4-5
  13. Coriender leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Get all ingredients ready
  2. In a mixture put sprouts and curd and make smooth paste now add one by one besan salt red chilly turmaric green chiily ginger grated Set eno side it will added later
  3. Now grease a cake tin
  4. In a pan add water with a stand let the water come boil
  5. Now add eno sache to better
  6. Mix the eno in better and pour the better in greased tin
  7. Now place the tin in pan for steaming and cover the lid.. For ten min
  8. After ten min check the better by pricking a knife or thoothpick in if the knife come clear dhokla is ready.. Remove the dhokla from the pan and let it cool for 10min.. After ten min when it cooles down place it in a serving plate.. And prepare tempring.add two tsp oil in pan ads mustrad seed splited green chilly. Kadhi leaves and saute few second..
  9. Pour the tempring on dhokla and garnish with corriendar leaves.. Serve hot with sauce and green chatni..
