Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Roasted Chiken-
  2. Chiken - 1/2kg
  3. Salt - as per taste
  4. Ginger/Garlic paste - 2tablespoon
  5. Red chillie powder - 2tablespoon
  6. Tandoori masala - 3tablespoon
  7. Yogurt - 1/4cup
  8. Oil - 2tablespoon
  9. For Rice-
  10. Rice - 1cup
  11. Ginger/garlic paste - 1tablespoon
  12. Garam masala powder - 1tablespoon
  13. Green Chillies - 2-3
  14. Cumin seeds - 1tablespoon
  15. Turmeric powder - 1/2tablespoon
  16. Cumin & corrainder powder - 1tablespoon
  17. Oil - 2tablespoon
  18. Onion - 1thinly sliced
  19. Water - 1/2cup or as required
  20. Salt- as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add chiken add all the ingredients listed above.
  2. Than roast it at 180degree untill its done.
  3. In a pan add oil add cumin seeds.
  4. Add onion than saute it nicely.
  5. Add g/g paste and green chillies.
  6. Add all the masalas and rice.
  7. Add water.
  8. Cook untill the water is evaporated.
  9. Remove it in a plate than place the roasted chiken between it.
