Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat Flour == 3 cups
  2. Fresh Methi == 2 cups
  3. Ghee for moyan == 1 tbsp
  4. Curd ==3 tbspn
  5. Green chilly == 3 grated
  6. White Til ==1 tspn
  7. Ginger ==1 tspn grated
  8. Red chilly pow== 2 tspn
  9. Turmeric Powder ==1/2 tspn
  10. Garam Masala ==1/2 tspn
  11. Ajwain == 1/2 tspn
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Ghee for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl nd kneed dough with required water . And keep aside for 10 minutes .
  2. Now take some doe ad make a small size ball nd roll with pin .
  3. Then shallo fry on twa like prantha . From both sides
  4. Do same process WITH all dough
  5. Our yummy delicious theplas ready .. serve with butter
