It is a simple yet mouth watering snack of all time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Four large potatoes
  2. Five table spoon oil .
  3. 2table spoon red chilly powder
  4. 1tea spoon mint powder.
  5. 1tea spoon kasuri methi.
  6. 1 1/2tea spoon salt
  7. 1table spoon lemon juice.

Instructions

  1. Par boil potatoes Peel and cut into wedges Put potatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Add kasuri methi,mint powder,red chilly powder,salt and 2table spoon oil. Mix well. Leave for 5 minutes. Heat a grilled pan/frypan.
  3. Add remaining oil Fry potato wedges on medium flame for6_7 minutes or till potatoes are soft. Fry on high flame for 2 minutes till golden.
  4. Sprinkle lemon juice. Serve with sauce/chutney of your choice.
