Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 large potatoes
  2. 2 tbsp Oil
  3. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  4. 1/4 cup Grated Cheese
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the potatoes (do not peel them) in long thick wedges shape.
  2. Take a pyrex bowl and add the potatoes, oil and salt.
  3. Mix well and bake it at 180 degree centigrade for 20 minutes.
  4. After baking, take it out and sprinkle red chilli powder.
  5. Mix well and garnish with grated cheese.
