Crispy & spicy assorted deep fried vegiees in hot garlic sauce

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baby potatoes-3-4(per boiled & deskined)
  2. Capsicum-1
  3. Paneer-7-8 big pieces
  4. Onion-1 big
  5. Baby corn-3-4
  6. Mashroom-4-5
  7. Cauliflower-1 small
  8. Garlic- chopped-1tbsp
  9. Spring onion-1/2 katori
  10. Maida-3/4th katori
  11. 2tbsp-rice flr
  12. 2tbsp corn flr
  13. Orange color-2pinch
  14. Red chilly powder-1tsp
  15. Shejwan sauce-1tbsp
  16. Salt -as per taste
  17. Water-as required
  18. Oil for deep fry
  19. 2tbsp oil for garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut perboild potatoes into half
  2. Cut Paneer, capsicum,onion, cauliflower,baby corn & mashroom into big chunks
  3. Put mashroom & baby corn in hot water for 5 mins
  4. In a big bowl add maida,corn flr,rice flr,red chilli powder,orange color,salt as per taste & make a thin batter with required water
  5. Put all the veggies is this batter for at least 30 mins for marination
  6. Now heat oil for deep frying in a wok
  7. Fry all d marinated veggies till crispy brown
  8. Now take another wok & heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped garlic & spring onions,saute for 1-2 mins,add shejwan sauce,mix it.
  9. Add all the deep fried vegiees in this garlic sauce & garnish with spring onions.
  10. It's ready, can have with tometo sauce & green chutney
