Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tbsp Oil
  2. 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
  3. 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  4. 1 tsp finely chopped chilli
  5. 1 cup diced onion, capsicum, broccoli, carrot, mushroom and baby corn .
  6. 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  7. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  8. 1 tbsp corn flour dissolved in 1 cupwater
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper powder
  11. Soya sauce.
  12. Chopped spring onion for garnish.

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok on a high flame
  2. Add ginger garlic and chilies and sauté for 1 minute
  3. Then add all the vegetables and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper, soya sauce and stir it.
  5. Add the corn flour water and mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish it with spring onion and served with rice or noodles.
