Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs - 3
  2. Milk - 1 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar powdered 2 tablespoon
  4. Sugar for Caramel 1 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Lemon rind - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take eggs, milk, vanilla essence, powdered sugar and lemon rind. Mix it well.
  2. Heat a pan and put sugar for preparing caramel in it, add just 1 teaspoon of water. Pour this in cups or moulds that will be used to prepare custard.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into it after it cools down.
  4. Take a baking tray, pour water and put this mould in it.
  5. Microwave it at 200 degree Celcius for 35 minutes. Keep in fridge after it cool down. It is ready to serve.
