ABOUT Creme Custard Caramel.... RECIPE

A smooth and silky traditional dessert with a twist by me using milkmaid and fresh cream along with custard and fruits. Enjoy this yummy fantabulous dessert any time you wish or on any special occasions. Whip up this dream fantasy to surprise your loved ones and friends. Happy Chilling !!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. FOR THE PUDDING ; Milk 1000 ml
  2. Cream 200 ml
  3. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  4. Custard powder 3 tbsp
  5. Milkmaid 1/2 cup
  6. Agar-agar 2 tbsp
  7. FOR THE CARAMEL ; Sugar 4 tbsp
  8. Fresh fruits chopped for topping 2 cups

Instructions

  1. First of all whisk milk, fresh cream, vanilla, sugar, custard powder and agar agar in a sauce pan until lumpfree.
  2. Bring this to a rolling boil and then simmer for 5 to 8 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Strain and keep it aside.
  4. In a pan, heat sugar until it caramelizes.
  5. Add this caramel at the bottom of 5 to 6 individual ramekins or a single dish.
  6. Top it up with the creamy custard.
  7. Allow it to set or chill for an hour or two.
  8. Serve it after placing a plate and flipping over it to unmould the dazzling custard.
  9. To add some more glitz and glamour, serve it chilled with chopped fruits of your choice.
