Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 ml milk
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 4tbsp sugar
  4. 1tsp vanilla extract
  5. 90grams of castor sugar for caramel

Instructions

  1. on the gas put a pan ,put some sugar to carAmelise....don’t stir it continuously
  2. after the carAmelise is done put it in to the oven proof bowls or ramekins moulds to set ,& allow it to cool
  3. start boiling the milk just to heat it if u don’t have castor sugar then add the sugar in the milk,so that it will mix fast
  4. & let the milk cools down,another bowl start beating the eggs now with vanilla extract,now slowly add the milk & start mixing continuously
  5. the after every mixes properly then strain the mixture to the bowl
  6. bake it in a pre heated oven in 180degree at least for 40 to 45mins
  7. once done cool it in the freeze
  8. afterward de mould it & serve it
