Paneer tikka cooked on charcoal then mixed with tomato sweet-spicy gravy.

For paneer tikka:
Paneer 500 gm
Capsicum -2
Onion -2
Hung curd 1 .5 cup
3-4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp besan or gram flour
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp amchur powder
Juice of half lemon
One tsp kasturi methi
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
For masala: 3 onions fried and then pureed
Tomato puree of 5 tomatoes
Salt per taste
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Green chili-2 cut it long
Badi elachi-2
Tej patta or bay leaf 2
Laung-3-4
2 tbsp cream
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
1/4 tsp sugar
One tsp jeera, dhania powder each
2 tbsp Oil
One tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp milk
Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
For paneer tikka:
First take 2 tbsp oil in a pan. heat it. Then add besan to it, roast it till raw smell goes. Turn the gas off.
Once cool, add all dry masala and mix well
In a big bowl take hung curd, add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, masala mix, salt. Mix well
Then add paneer cubes, capsicum, onion and one tbsp oil. Mix well and keep in fridge for minimum 2 hours.
Put in a skewer sequence wise and cook on charcoal from all sides, keep brushing a little oil in between.
Paneer tikka is ready.
For the gravy:
Take oil in pan and add jeera, dhania powder, badi elachi, laung, tej patta. Then add the onion paste. Cook for some time and then add ginger-garlic paste.
Add the tomato puree. Cook till fat separates.
Add cream and cornflour milk. Again cook till oil comes on sides and add sugar, salt, garam masala and chillies and lots of fresh dhania leaves.
Finally, add paneer tikka with masala and cook for some time and enjoy with hot rotis.
