Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chiken - 200grams
  2. Onion -1thinly sliced
  3. Salt - as per taste
  4. Bay leaf - 1
  5. Oil - 2tablespoon
  6. Garam masala powder - 1tablespoon
  7. Water - 1cup
  8. for masala-
  9. Gigner - 1piece
  10. Garlic - 1pod
  11. Green chillie - 2
  12. Cilantro - 1/4cup
  13. Water - 1/4cup

Instructions

  1. Firstly ground the masala and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan add oil than add onion and bay leaf.
  3. Saute it for 2mins
  4. Add chiken mix it well.
  5. Add the masala and salt.
  6. And water and cook it untill its done.
