ABOUT Tamakoyaki / korean Egg Rolls RECIPE

This is Korean recipe ,very easy and Tasty and also Healthy Too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

3 eggs
1 tablespoon of milk
1 Tablespoon of Finely chopped capsicum or spring onions
1 Tablespoon of Finely chopped onion
1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon of oil

Instructions

Take 3 Eggs and beat well
Add 1 Tablespoon of Milk and mix well.
Drain the egg and milk Mixture.
Add 1 Tablespoon of capsicum, 1 Tablespoon of carrot, 1 Tablespoon of onion, You can choose your favorite vegetable.
Add salt to taste
Add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
Mix well
Heat a pan brush with little oil and pour one ladle of egg Mixture
Cook for few minutes
Then slitly Roll the egg half
Then again pour the egg mixture
Cook for few minutes and again roll it gently.
Then switch off the flame and Alow IT cool completely.
After 10 Minutes slice the egg roll
Tasty Tamankoyaki /Korean Egg Rolls is ready to serve.
Serve with Tomato sauce. ENJOY.
