Heat a pan, add oil ,asafoetida and all the ingredient one by one while sauteing . Turn off the flame , add lemon juice and coriander leaves in the last . Mix well and let it cool .
For dough --- in a bowl add 1/4 cup lukewarm water, yeast , and sugar, keep it aside for 10 min.
In a big bowl add refined flour, salt, milk powder, yeast mixture and water or milk to knead a soft dough.
Keep the dough at warm place to prove for half an hour .
Now punch the dough, make the balls, roll it a little, put some stuffing, lift the edges and seal them in center.
Place these stuffed balls in a greased oven tray, let them prove for half an hour at warm place.
Apply milkwash on balls and sprinkle some sesame seeds .
Now put this tray in inpreheated oven at 180degree for 15 -20 min .
Serve with mint and garlic chutney .
