Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 tea spoon
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Yeast 1 spoon
  5. Warm milk as required
  6. Boiled potatoes 1 cup
  7. Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
  8. Adrak chilly finely chopped
  9. Coriander 1 cup
  10. Garam masala 1 spoon
  11. Chilly powder as per taste
  12. Cumin seeds 1 spoon
  13. Lemon juice 2 spoons
  14. oil

Instructions

  1. Take maida add in yeast, sugar, salt, ghee and make a dough using warm milk and keep in a warm place for till it doubles in size.
  2. Take oil in a pan when oil is hot add in cumin seeds and mustard seeds once they crackle add in Adrak Mirchi and onions.
  3. Now you can add in salt and pinch of Haldi.cook till soft.
  4. In a mixing bowl add in mashed potatoes, onions mixture, chile powder, garam masala, sugar, lemon juice, chopped coriander, salt.
  5. Make small round balls and keep aside.
  6. Now take the dough which was kept for fermentation. You will see its double in size. Punch in all the air out.
  7. Take little oil in hands and take little dough flattens in hands add in potato ball and cover it.
  8. Repeat with others and keep again for fermentation.
  9. Once they double in size bake it in pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 mins.
  10. Once they are baked brush it with ghee and serve it with red sushi chutney and fried Mirchi.
