To make besan batter, add salt, red chilli powder, haldi, hing, oil, water, and lemon juice. Mix them well and make a thick batter.
Now, heat oil in a pan and add rai, kaddi ptta, ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, and cook for 1 min. Now add mashed potatoes and cook for 5 mins. Add salt, haldi, red chilli powder, coriender powder and amchoor powder. Cook and switch off the gas and let it cool.
After it cools down, make small balls and roll it in the besan batter. Deep fry it on medium flame.
For chutney take all the ingredients and saute one by one for one minute. Now grind the mixture without adding water. Now take pav and cut into two. Apply chutney on both sides and keep vada in it.
Serve hot with chutneys.
