Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hakka noodles 2 packets
  2. Carrot 1/4 cup
  3. Capsicum 1/4 cup
  4. Beans 4 numbers
  5. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  6. Chilly sauce 1 tablespoon
  7. tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
  8. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt
  10. oil
  11. Onion 1
  12. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl add water to boil
  2. When boiled add 1 tablespoon oil and some salt
  3. Add noodles and cook
  4. When cooked drain and wash in running water
  5. In a pan add oil and saute onion ginger garlic paste
  6. Add vegetables and saute for 2 minutes
  7. Add all sauces and salt and saute for 2 minutes
  8. Add noodles and mix well
  9. Sprinkle pepper powder
  10. Serve hot
