Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peanuts 200 gms
  2. Besan flour 5 table spoons
  3. Rice flour 2 table spoons
  4. Curd 3 table spoons
  5. Crushed Garlic 2 tea spoons
  6. Curry leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli Powder 1 tea spoon
  9. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. In a broad bowl add all the above ingredients except oil.
  2. Mix well and see to it the peanuts are coated well with the flours. If needed add little water .
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the peanuts till they become crisp.
