ABOUT Masala Peanuts RECIPE

Along with a cup of tea, masala peanuts are a very popular and favorite snack during Diwali festival.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Peanut 1 cup
  2. Gram flour 1/3 cup
  3. Baking powder 1 pinch
  4. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Oil to deep fry
  10. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  11. Water to mix the peanuts with masala

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix the peanuts with all the masala except the chaat masala. Add a little water and mix it well.
  2. Deep fry these peanuts in hot oil till they are golden and crisp. Then drain on a absorbent paper.
  3. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve with a cup of tea.
