Broccoli and Sausage Rice / Rice flakes.

ABOUT Broccoli and Sausage Rice / Rice flakes. RECIPE

Eating substantial 5.30 pm snacks and less or no carbs and fats in dinner is good. No heart burn, feeling light, gets mote time for digestion and leads to better health health.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left Over or fresh Rice / rice flakes.( Soaked)
  2. Sausages 2 to 4 ( depending upon the size)
  3. Broccoli florets 1 cup.
  4. Onions 2 ( chopped)
  5. Spring onions 2/2 cup ( chopped)
  6. Garlic minced 1 tsp
  7. Butter 2 tbsp
  8. Oil 3 tsp
  9. Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  10. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  11. Chicken masala 1 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  14. Seasoning of your choice ( I used cajun seasoning)
  15. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages , heat butter in non-stick pan .
  2. Saute on medium heat till brown.
  3. Add seasoning if not seasoned. Remove on absorbent paper.
  4. Transparent in a plate .
  5. Chop in desired size to add in rice / rice flakes.
  6. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds, after it Splitter add Chopped onions.
  7. Saute for a minute , add all masala. Add minced garlic.
  8. Add Broccoli. Saute. Adjust salt.
  9. After 3 minutes add spring onions.
  10. Saute and add Chopped sausages.
  11. Add seasoning.( Cajun) .
  12. Adjust salt in Rice / rice flakes.
  13. Add to the pan. Mix well. Add lime juice if using rice flakes.
  14. Your snacks is ready to serve
  15. Enjoy with a glass of juice.
