Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice - 2 cups
  2. Garlic - 10 , chopped
  3. Green onion - 2/4 cup , chopped
  4. Chicken sausage- 1 /2 cup , cut into rounds
  5. Mushrooms- 1/2 cup , cut into quaters
  6. Carrots - 1 , chopped
  7. French Bean - 2/4 cup , chopped
  8. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oregano- 1/2 tsp
  11. Dry rosemary- 1/4 tsp
  12. Black pepper- 1 tsp
  13. Soya sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
  14. Viniger - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Fry sausage till light brown.
  3. Then saute mushroom for 2-3 minutes. Take out from pan , keep aside.
  4. Then add chopped garlic .stir it till brown n fragrant
  5. Then add chopped spring onion and stir for a minute.
  6. Now add chopped carrots and beans .add salt to taste and black pepper. Dry Oregano and dry rosemary Stir it for a 1-2 minutes
  7. Then add fried mashrooms and sausage. Stir to mix well.
  8. Now add cooked rice , soya sauce, viniger , sugar and again sprinkle some oregano and rosemary . Toss well to mix well everything..check seasoning.
  9. Ready for serve Mushroom and Sausage Burnt garlic herb Rice.
