Very simple quick and yummy rice dish with unique flavour of burnt garlic....

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One cup boiled rice
  2. One tbsp oil
  3. 10 garlic cloves
  4. Half tbsp chilli flakes
  5. Salt
  6. Half tbsp jeera

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add jeera
  2. Now add finely chopped garlic cloves and saute till golden brown
  3. Then add salt and chilli flakes and immediately mix the boiled rice into it before the chillies burn.
  4. Mix well and serve hot
