Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1. Basmati Rice - 2cups
  2. 2. Salt to taste
  3. 3. Soya Sauce - 1tsp
  4. 4.Black Pepper - 1tbsp
  5. 5.Garlic Chopped - 2tbsp
  6. 6. Chopped Spring Onion - 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. First cooked rice 80% & drain the starch water. Keep the boiled rice on flat plate for cooling.
  2. Put the white oil in a kadai for tempering.
  3. Add chopped garlic in it and fry till it becomes golden brown.
  4. Add the boiled rice in it then add salt to taste, soya sauce, black pepper powder and mix it well.
  5. Next add spring onion & continue cooking for last two mins.
  6. Serve it hot with main courses.
