ABOUT GRILLED SABUTDANA CUTLET RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soaked sabutdana 250 gms
  2. Boiled potatoes 350 gms
  3. Rock salt as per taste
  4. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Oil for cooking
  7. Green chillies chopped 3

Instructions

  1. Soak sabutdana for 3 hours and mix salt and red chilli powder in it.
  2. Grate boiled potatoes.
  3. Then mix sabutdana, potatoes, all masale, green chillies, and coriander leaves... And Mash it properly.
  4. Then make flatten balls
  5. Then on grill sandwich maker greese it place the balls and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve it hot with mint chutney
