Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup palak gravy(put palak leaves on hot water 2 min starin make paste)
  2. 1 cup wheat flour
  3. 1 big boiled potato cut dice
  4. 1 cup tomato chopped
  5. 2 tsp chilli slices
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp lemon juice
  8. Oil as need
  9. Tomato ketchup for garnish
  10. 1 tsp jeera powder

Instructions

  1. Take big mouth bowl put palak paste ,salt ,oil 1 tsp and wheat flour make saft roti batter cover lid 5 min wait.
  2. For stuffing Take a bowl put tomatos, chillies, potato peices, add pinch salt,1 tsp oil,jeera powder mix well ready to stuff
  3. Take palak bater make roti fri on tavva both sides after stuff potato salad...
  4. Ready to serve Garnish tomato ketchup... really good
