Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 big size potatoes
  2. Rock salt 1 teaspoon
  3. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Oil 3 tablespoons
  5. Green coriander chutney 2 tablespoons
  6. Dates tamarind chutney 2 teaspoon
  7. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  8. Pomegranate seeds 2 tablespoons
  9. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil all potatoes
  2. Peel and cut in pieces
  3. Put a nonstick pan on flame
  4. Add oil in pan
  5. Shallow fry the potatoes from all sides till crispy
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder
  7. Replace in a plate
  8. Mix green chutney and sweet chutney in potatoes
  9. Mix lemon juice
  10. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves
  11. Serve hot
