Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 large parboil potato
  2. 1/2 cup grated paneer
  3. 1 tsp gainger chilli paste
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Salt
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. Haldi
  8. Chaat masala
  9. 1/2 cup gram flour
  10. Salt
  11. Red chilli powder
  12. Haldi
  13. 1/2 cup Chop tomato and onion
  14. green chutney
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. Sev bhujiya
  17. Chaat masala

Instructions

  1. Take 3 parboil potatoes and cut in center make them flat
  2. In a bowl add grated cheese, onion
  3. Add green chilli and ginger paste
  4. Add spices and coriander leaves
  5. Mix all of the stuffing
  6. Now take one piece of potato and cover with stuffing
  7. Cover it with another piece
  8. Prepare all like that
  9. Take besan in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder and haldi
  10. Make a lump less batter
  11. Dip potato sandwich in it and fry
  12. Put them in serving plate and pour chutney over them
  13. Then add some tomato and onion
  14. Sprinkle salt ,red chilli powder and chaat masala
  15. Garnish with sev bhujiya
  16. Top with coriander leaves and serve
