Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup left over pieces of monaco or other salty biscuits
  2. 1/2 cup cheesling biscuits
  3. 1 cup mix sprouts
  4. 1/4 cup fine chop onion
  5. 1/4 cup finely chopped boil potato
  6. Green chilli as per taste
  7. 1/4 cup cucumber
  8. 1/2 cup mix salty channa daal, peanuts and bhujiya
  9. Lemon juice
  10. Salt
  11. Red chilli powder
  12. Chaat masala
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Jeera powder
  15. Green chutney
  16. Pomegranate seeds
  17. Sev bhujiya for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl
  2. Add left over biscuits, cheeselings
  3. Add all vegetables one by one
  4. Then add spices as per taste
  5. Mix all of them
  6. Add green chutney and lemon juice
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds
  8. Top with sev bhujiya and enjoy
